Notes: This is a very funny Dracula premise featuring Nicholas Cage as Dracula and his "familiar" (servant), Nicholas Hoult as Renfield. Renfield attends weekly counseling meetings at a church for individuals who are stuck in abusive relationships. This movie also features Awkwafina as a New Orleans Police Officer and Ben Schwartz (Parks and Rec) as the loser son of a gang leader (his mom). This is a good Halloween comedy so be prepared for a surprising amount of gore that is done in such an absurd way that you find yourself chuckling in some scenes (and kinda feeling guilty about it). Nick Cage is a surprisingly awesome Dracula and it's one of my favorite movie roles for him. Great stuff!
