Notes:  I'm a huge fan of both Steve Martin and John Candy and they are the prefect "odd couple" and I love the juxtaposition of these two personalities. This is a beautiful John Hughes movie and is perfect to watch around Thanksgiving every year. It's a feel-good movie that is very, very funny with many quotable lines! I never tire of this timeless comedy which is funny and surprisingly touching at the end! The was the first movie I ever scored for this website and I believe that I actually failed to mark down each chuckle, laugh or belly laugh and since I watched and scored it twice, I'm using the average score, which I believe to be more accurate now that I have a lot more experience with pen in hand watching these comedies. 
Would I watch it again? Yes, I plan to watch it every Thanksgiving to properly kick off the holiday season!
