68. O Brother, Where Art Thou? (2000) - 64 Points
Chuckles 48, Laughs 13, Belly Laughs 9 Notes: George Clooney is brilliant in this movie and his comedy is both verbal and non-verbal. It's fun to see him and John Turturro in these types of unexpected roles (in this case, escaped prisoners in Mississippi). Tim Blake Nelson is hysterical and is the 3rd member of the "Soggy Bottom Boys!" This is a genuinely great movie directed by the Coen Brothers who love to cast Holly Hunter and John Goodman in their films. Although this movie isn't a top 10 in terms of laughs, it does have plenty of humor throughout and is one of the best movies on the list and I hope it has the staying power to remain on list as one of the top 100 comedies of all time. My grandfather loved this soundtrack when he saw the movie just after it's release and listening to it again, it's easy to see why. First rate. Would I watch it again? Absolutely!
