Notes: I'd heard good things about this movie. This movie starts great and I love the first 15-20 minutes but the movie loses steam for me and by the end, I honestly couldn't wait for this movie to end. I almost stepped watching but soldered through. There are laughs. Kinda funny as the troopers chug maple syrup. I think that Afghanimation is a funny idea but the movie is pretty much flat with super mediocre acting. The theme of the movie is troopers who don't take anything seriously and are just into practical jokes compete with local cops for the right to "stay in business' (one will be shut down). I would not recommend this movie.
Would I see it again? Not for less than $500... well, maybe $250 but...
